Brine (Pitzer electrolyte) property package

Water + dissolved salts (nacl, kcl, cacl2, mgcl2, na2so4, mgso4, na2co3) with a real Pitzer-derived boiling-point elevation — multi-effect evaporators, desalination, and hydrometallurgical/kraft-liquor brines. Also carries phosphoric_acid as a non-volatile molecular solute with its CRC liquid heat capacity and an IDEAL (colligative) water activity — right in sign, an underestimate of the real boiling-point elevation (about 2-3x at 54% P2O5).
