Talk to a real engineer
Technical support, feature requests, or an enterprise deployment — pick the fast path.
Technical support & feedback
Running a flowsheet and hit a convergence issue, a bug, or want to request a unit op? This is the fast path to an engineer, not a ticket queue.

Frequently asked questions
Can we run MaximaLabs on an isolated internal network or on-premise?+
Yes — talk to sales about a private-network or on-premise deployment. The default is a single hosted instance (browser + API on one origin), but the same Docker Compose stack that runs it can be deployed inside your own network. See the on-premise & data sovereignty page for what actually stays inside your network vs. what doesn't.
How do we connect live OPC-UA telemetry from our plant?+
The digital twin ingests live readings over OPC-UA (and a few other industrial protocols) into a per-simulation tag mapping, compared against the same solved stream data the simulator produces. An edge collector runs on a gateway VM inside your network — see the digital twin page or ask sales for the collector setup.
Do you offer academic or university research licenses?+
Yes — see the Academia page for the student/instructor/researcher path (free-tier quota, viewer-role sharing for classes, the Python SDK for coursework).
How does the free tier compare to commercial plans?+
The free plan includes 50 solves, 10 optimizations, 10 sensitivity runs, and 100 AI calls per calendar month at no cost. Paid plans lift that to usage-based billing with no monthly cap — see Pricing for the full breakdown.
