Peng-Robinson for gas and hydrocarbon mixtures, IAPWS-95 steam tables for any stream that is pure water (Aspen's free-water convention), both on one enthalpy datum. For boilers, fired heaters and steam systems where a flue gas and a steam circuit exchange heat — plain Peng-Robinson puts the superheat 18% low at boiler conditions.
